In case of interest please fill in the appropriate part of the on-line Registration and Submission Form during the registration process. If you would like to book your accommodation after you have completed the on-line Registration and Submission Form, please use your password.
Accommodation form will be available in April 2007.
The official Organizing Secretariat (GUARANT International) can be helpful in booking your accommodation in Ostrava. For this purpose, you can choose one of the hotels below during the registration process.
All rates are per room and per night including breakfast and VAT of 5 %. Should the VAT change by the beginning of the symposium, Organizing Secretariat will automatically change the price of your hotel reservation and will inform you in writing about a new rate.

Cancellations and refunds
Please inform the Organizing Secretariat of any amendments or cancellations, in writing by fax or e-mail. Telephone amendments will not be accepted. Please do not contact the hotel directly for any reservation changes or cancellations. The appropriate refunds will be made after the congress.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellation:
- Cancellation before July 10, 2007 > full refund less 10 EUR handling fee
- Cancellation from July 11, 2007 till August 10, 2007> one night cancellation fee
- Cancellation after August 10, 2007 > no refund
